Thank you for shopping with LUNQE.
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn except for trying on, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup marks, stains, damage, or removed tags may not be accepted for a full refund.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request.
If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
For full order returns, standard delivery costs paid at checkout may be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost may be refundable.
For partial returns, original shipping fees are not refunded.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect. This may include:
- Items with removed tags
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
- Items with perfume, makeup marks, or signs of use
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, where clearly marked, unless faulty or incorrect
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed. However, once an order has been prepared, fulfilled, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after delivery.
Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, any additional shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, repeated return abuse, or items returned in a condition that does not meet this policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
